A job is a request made by a customer seeking help to perform work related tasks onsite, or remotely, in exchange for payment. As a customer agent you have the ability to respond and work out conditions of the request to your benefit.
Respond to Tickets
Tickets are cases submitted by individuals seeking assistance to issues which can be addressed online via email or live chat. As a customer agent you have the ability to respond to new ticket submittals with the hopes of being allowed to resolve and work out payment conditions of the request to your benefit.
